Crete’s Culinary Sanctuaries is offering a limited amount of partial scholarships for 2 programs in 2011. To qualify, applicants must be professional researchers or college students focusing on topics covered during our seminars. Scholarships are offered on a first come, first served basis. Deadline for application is January 20, 2011 [extended]. CCS cannot guarantee space will still be available by that date. Full registration is required at time of acceptance. Professional researcher or student scholarship: 300 Euro reduced fee Total fee with scholarship: 1,190 Euros 2. Historic Food and Wine Routes from the Minoan Period to Today, June 6 - 14, 2011 (full fee: 3,200 Euros per person) Professional researcher or student scholarship: 1,000 Euro reduced fee Total fee with scholarship: 2,200 Euros Application Process: Submit Essay and Professional Background Information 1. Send us an email without attachments stating your interest in attending the seminar. We will confirm that space is still available. If so, proceed to step 2. 2. Send a 1-page statement as to why you want to attend the seminar and how you plan to utilize the information you acquire. 3. Attach a short resume or CV. 4. Submit via email to Andreas Spiridakis, CCS Program Coordinator: andreas@cookingincrete.com If your application is approved, proceed to registration. Full registration is required at time of acceptance. All applicants must review and approve CCS Terms and Conditions. Registration options will be provided upon application acceptance. Payment plan option based on need: 500 Euro nonrefundable deposit required to secure space. The balance is due by February 1, 2011.
