    CCS Seminar Schedule (open programs listing)

    Celebration of Crete's Biodiversity
    and Historic Food and Wine Routes
    Explore Crete's magnificent countryside and historic sites
    with resident specialists. Enjoy botanical hikes, visits to
    organic farms, olive groves and wineries. Savor traditional
    cuisine in tranquil villages. Presentations on Minoan cooking,
    Agroecology, Silk Road & Spice Routes, herbal medicine
    and more. Space is limited to 12 attendees.

    September 20-25; and October 11-16, 2021

CCS Annual Accredited Study Tours

    The Culture, Nature and Cuisine of Crete
    Accredited experiential learning programs organized by CCS.
    CCS has hosted over 3,000 teachers and students to date
    from many different universities, educational institutions
    and professional organizations. Some programs are open to
    all teachers and adult students, based on availability.
    3 to 9 Credits (or CE hours where applicable).
    Most study tours are organized during
