Daytime cooking classes on the magnificent northeast
coast focusing on Mediterranean Diet concepts from the
fresh and local perspective of Cretan cuisine.  Recipes
and menu ideas that you can apply in your own kitchen.

Culture and Cuisine
A fantastic program on the north coast and mountains.  
Visit ancient sites, an organic vineyard, organic olive
grove and factory, remote regions and tranquil villages.
Cooking classes featuring fresh and local cuisine.  
Casual walks in the countryside.  Program limited to 8

Intensive seminar for
professionals from the
agriculture, culinary and
sustainable development fields
A dynamic cultural-culinary immersion program with visits
to sustainable organic farms, wineries, botanical hikes,
historic sites, remote villages and lodges.  Program
organized with Field to Plate USA, accredited nutrition
educators.  Accredited by the Commission on Dietetic
Registration and the American Culinary Federation for 35
CE Hours.   Program limited to 12 attendees.
